HOW TO KEEP MULTIPLE GENERATIONS ENGAGED AT YOUR EVENTS.
Daniela Grafman. CSEP from Vision Event Co.
Jason Shukovsky from The Grove
Elizabeth Priya Kumar from Primini Events
Moderator: Dina de la Vega from AllSeated
Come take a deep dive into education as we take a closer look at relevant event industry issues and provide insight that will help elevate your planning skills. The format of the presentation is designed to encourage questions and idea sharing while we enjoy a "working lunch" together.
Four perspectives. Four industry experts. You don't want to miss this one!
Keeping multiple generations engaged at events continues to be a topic of interest in the events industry.
This is going to be a FANTASTIC education program on December 5th!
Each of our presenters brings a unique perspective about keeping people engaged at events that spans generations, cultural considerations, vendor partnerships AND seating technology tools!
Frequently, there are now two to three generations to engage and each have their own expectations about how to stay interested throughout the event. We're going to take a "deep dive" into understanding how event professionals can have better dialogue with clients and what solutions are available to ensure you're pinpointing possible challenges and accommodating the needs of guests.
In the event industry, we're finally catching up with the use of digital tools that are expressly designed to accommodate the needs of event planners and the clients they serve. The more educated you are on what tools are available, how to choose the software you're working with and how you're thinking out the use of space with emotional intelligence, the more value you're able to bring to the table (no pun intended) as a collaborative event planning professional.
Our presenters will share their experienced insight from the planner and supplier perspectives into what event planners, vendors and venues, as well as hosts & clients, are looking for in today's fast-paced climate where everything happens at the last minute! Learn what you need to be asking during the planning process to make sure every possibility for guest engagement has been discussed.
BONUS: Dina is allotting time before and after the program to visit with participants one on one who are interested to learn more about the benefits of mastering the All Seated software and learn how this will add value to the services you provide for clients!
