Sponsorship Opporunities

The International Live Event Association (ILEA) is the premier organization for event professionals.  ILEA has over 5,000 members at more than 100 chapters around the world.  The NJ Chapter is very active and we have meetings every month.  Our members love to see new venues or be reminded about venues that they may have forgotten about, and to experience an event there so they can recommend the venue to their clients for upcoming events.


Here's what to expect for attendance:

  • 20-40 attendees (usually we get about 20)

  • about half of the attendees are planners

  • the balance are companies who provide services for the event industry
    (a/v, caterers, photographers, entertainment, etc)

Our monthly programs take place from 6pm-9pm, though we keep the space set up until 10pm as many people like to stay after the program to mingle some more!


Here's what venues generally provide when hosting the meeting

  • Event space (we can be in one room the whole time or, if you have multiple space to showcase, we suggest moving into a new space for each part of the meeting to show off more of the event space

  • Dinner food- either substantial food during cocktail hour with stations, or light cocktail food and then a buffet or sit down dinner during the educational portion of the program

  • Dessert & coffee

  • beer & wine (adding cocktail service is a plus, as applicable)
